All about the numbers

The remainder of the parts needed to assemble the alternator are plated and ready to go. This was put together and place into storage.

At some point, this will need to be tested. This should fit onto the farm truck without much difficulty.

Overall, this turned out really nicely. So difficult to find this case, it's good that there were enough parts to put it all together.

The new stator is a good match. This should work as good as it looks. If it does not, it's not that big of a deal to pull it back apart and fix it.

Most important for this part is that it charges the battery in the car, but nearly as important are the numbers that it bears.

This '6' on the pulley is correct as is the part number and date code. Add to that the assembly and broadcast markings and this should look exactly like the one that this car had installed in it the day it was made.
