This paint is supposed to encapsulate rust and keep it from coming back on the inside of the frame. The 14-ounce can was an experiment to see how much is needed to do the whole frame. It's a beginning, but two more 16-ounce cans were ordered to finish the entire frame and get this done.
By the time the one can was empty, only small portions of the inside of the frame were coated. As disappointing as this is, this paint is clearly going to work and be useful once more arrives.
Though admittedly not much of a fan of the Eastwood company, this is really the only option for this step. There are no other alternative products that can accomplish this.
Honestly, it was surprising that this didn't cover more area than it did. Hopefully having more of this will get this job done and make the frame ready to be sandblasted.
