Though sloppy isn't a natural tendency for this particular guy, this is probably pretty close to what this looked like after the body had been painted and the wheel wells had been blacked out. The overspray that was originally there is all back and fresh looking.
Next will be to restore or replace the reinforcements for the seats, the seatbelts and the battery cable.
