A week off from work and this door was stripped, repaired, filled, blocked and under a first coat of primer/sealer. Even in the really critical light of the shop it looks great.
The repair of the broken tab looks really good and after several rounds of filler and glazing, it looks as good as new.
After two or three days, this should be cured enough to start block sanding it. Whatever defects remain will be filled and this will be given another coat of primer.
