While we wait

The state of this top is really poor and the surprises are already starting. There are two captured nuts that are stripped or rusted out and repairing them will be next to impossible with all of this fiberglass around them.

The only parts that are salvageable are the bolts and screws, or at least the ones that will come out intact. Much is available in the aftermarket and all of it is very expensive.

There are a few parts that are unobtainable that will have to be saved somehow. Decades in a car filled with water and left in the sun will make this very difficult, but in the end this will look as good as new.
