After quite a bit of block sanding, the wiper door is looking great. All of the voids leftover from the casting process are taken care of and it is under epoxy primer.

The back has been blacked out as well, leaving this essentially ready for some sanding, primer and paint.

This has come a long way in just a few weeks.
