Harbor Freight tools — from a pawn shop

Buying a Harbor Freight air chisel is one thing, but buying a Harbor Freight air chisel used from a pawn shop is something else entirely. For all of $14, a working air chisel with a bit was picked up today.

Using an aircraft rivet set that was purchased last week, the aluminum rivets to put this spare tire carrier together were set and this is now ready to go back onto the car.

It looks really good and after a little touchup work from where the rivet set nicked the new paint, this is a total transformation.
