Blessed with an amicable and helpful wife who was willing to pull a cart with half of the frame's weight in it. the frame was moved like a wheel barrow back into the shop.
Now it's going to take the help of at least one friend to flip the frame right-side up.
As difficult as it is to ask for help from friends, they are only too happy to pitch in for me on this.
