Gap

Test fitting the hood reveals a very poor gap and reveal for the hood as it meets up with the hood surround. Some work needs to be done to the hood surround, but most of the trouble lies with the hood, which was over sanded at some point in the car's life.

Material needs to be added to the front of the hood surround to correct over sanding there.

The leading edge of the hood needs to be corrected as well to fix the majority of the trouble with fitment.

The process of masking the front clip of the car off has started as well, but it's really cold and spraying out primer will have to wait until it's a bit warmer.
