This car was in some sort of accident in its past that required the front corners of the hood surround to be be replaced. The repair was actually a good one, though the correct repair would have been to replace the entire piece, the repair parts were sectioned in very well.

That said, there is still quite a lot of work to do to ready this for primer and paint.

This is a part of the project that will probably take the remainder of the year.
