Smooth

After sanding through several rounds with glazing putty and a flashlight, the lower valance was given a second coat of epoxy primer. This is ready for a second round of blocking, 2K primer and then paint when that time comes.

For now, this will seal this.

The results look great, especially considering how awful this looked before work on this piece of the front clip began.

Making up for a poorly made fiberglass replacement part took a long time and quite a bit of work, but the results look great.

The slight imperfections that remain should come out in the next few steps of primer and sanding before paint.

Now the interior of the clip can be prepped for the black-out process. There are a few spots that needed some filler and sanding before this gets masked and painted tomorrow.
