After work, there was time to start blocking the front valance, which had clearly been repaired at some point. The repair was very good in most areas, but the lower lip was pretty rough. It's straight now, but there was a lot of sanding involved to get it there.
A few places had to be sanded through the gelcoat to get it flat, but that isn't a big deal.
