After two months of work and more money than this guy cares to admit to spending, this door is finally together and functional. It's at least as complete as it can be before paint.
Exterior and interior door handles, locks, anti-rattle clips, belt moulding, vapor barrier and reveal moulding still have to be purchased. And that doesn't include everything needed to complete the door cards.
Holy smokes, it came a long way though.
