With a new set of door panels in storage, it was too much to resist putting one up to the painted door just to see how it looks. These came with the car and are about $1,000 for the pair.
These are going to require some heat from a heat gun to get them to lay flat enough to install, but that is a long time off. Seeing the colors together is really nice, though.
The rod that connects the exterior door handle to the door latch was electroplated and installed along with the newly plated window tracks. This completes the parts that can be installed now and still allow the exterior of the door to be painted.
