The old switcheroo

It was only after it was unwrapped from the shipping container that it became apparent that the window track that was ordered to replace the badly rusted one in the door was for the left door instead of the right door.

After speaking with the person who had sold it, he was quick to offer to take it back, but the window track that he had for the right door was in poor condition. This track was close to perfect and was really inexpensive.

Then it became clear that the tracks were the same, just the bracket where it is mounted to the door shell was different. It wasn't very difficult at all to remove the brackets, switch them and weld it all back together.
