Blue plating special

After a lot of reading about zinc plating, chemicals were ordered from Caswell Plating and a D/C power supply was purchased. There was already a small collection of parts that had been stripped and readied for plating, so the morning was spent plating them and learning along the way.

The bracket that holds the brake light switch was rusty after 47 years in such a neglected car, but now it's shiny again. It's a little pitted from the previous rust, but it looks great all the same.
